Présentation du poste Vous intervenez sur TOUS les risques (industriels, financiers, conformité, assurances, crise) et êtes l'unique référent risques du site, rattaché à la DAF + DG, sur un périmètre ultra large et concret avec une vraie autonomie. Environnement Groupe allemand – 14 000 collaborateurs Acteur clé de la transition énergétique Activités : nucléaire, maritime, énergie, industrie lourde Vous évoluez dans une filiale de 600 personnes qui concentre toutes les typologies de risques du groupe. Responsabilités Cartographier, analyser et piloter les risques (industriels, financiers, conformité…) Travailler en proximité avec les équipes opérationnelles Déployer les plans d'actions Suivre les programmes groupe (cadre défini) et gérer les sinistres ainsi que les interactions avec les parties prenantes Déployer et faire vivre les dispositifs groupe de contrôle interne Piloter les campagnes de contrôle et les améliorations Piloter le Plan de Continuité d'Activité Participer aux cellules de crise et sensibiliser les équipes Équilibre et avantages Rémunération fixe 55 K€ à 75 K€ 13ᵉ mois + participation RTT + congés supplémentaires Avantages Groupe importants (CET, PEE…) Télétravail 2 jours / semaine Cadre de travail en bord de mer (Saint Nazaire) Qualifications Formation : Bac+5 (finance, audit, ingénierie, risques…) Expérience : 8–12 ans en gestion des risques / audit / contrôle interne (Cabinet, industrie ou environnement mixte) Vision globale du risk management Appétence pour les sujets assurances et PCA (expérience souhaitée mais non exclusive) Anglais courant (interactions + déplacements en Allemagne tous les 2 mois) Soft Skills Capacité à s'adapter à des interlocuteurs très variés Curiosité & envie d'apprendre Humilité (culture d'entreprise forte) Capacité à aller chercher l'info et mobiliser les bons relais Aisance dans les environnements complexes Legal La société respecte les exigences légales en matière d’égalité d’accès aux emplois. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fed Finance
