Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $36.60 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience and education)

What You'll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services for children ages 0-3 in the Infant Child Development (ICD) program
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy focused on activities of daily living, sensory integration, neuromuscular, cognitive, and psychosocial skills
• Educate families and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies
• Document services and coordinate transitions/discharges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including nurses and other specialists
• Support community and home-based therapy initiatives as needed

What You Need:

• Kansas occupational therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• CPR certification
• Experience with pediatric populations, especially ages 0-3, preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
