Recovery Support Professional - No Degree Required

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional Responsibilities Support, monitor, and serve as a positive role model for residents working toward recovery Assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills development Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records Administer medications and respond appropriately to emergencies and crises Transport residents and collect urine specimens or administer breathalyzer tests as needed Lead educational groups and support residents in achieving treatment goals Attend trainings and staff meetings Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Valid driver’s license preferred and must meet driving requirements Completion of DHS training may be required after hire Additional Information: This part-time role includes benefits such as paid time off, mileage reimbursement, retirement plan, annual pay increases, and employee support programs.
