Pay & Compensation Hourly wage: $22 – $35 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Overview / Responsibilities Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Responsibilities include lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds and operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, if necessary.
