Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions Basic computer and documentation skills preferred Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred Forklift operating experience required Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with inventory, order pulling, and warehouse logistics is a plus Job Duties Receive, distribute, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production facility Pull parts for production and stock materials in assigned warehouse locations Pack wooden crates and overpack boxes for customer shipments Load and unload customer orders safely and accurately Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Manage incoming and outgoing shipments Complete production, shipping, and quality documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all Quality Management System requirements and safety procedures Physical Capabilities Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, climbing, and reaching Lift up to 35 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment throughout the shift Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
