Description The Public Area Attendant keeps public areas clean, mops floors, vacuums, dusts all public area spaces and supports the housekeeping team. This role is detail-oriented and can handle physical tasks and provide top-notch service. Responsibilities Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Clean lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Cleans and mops floors and vacuums carpets and dust and polish furniture. Guest Service & Communication: Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills. Safety and Compliance: Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items.
