What we offer Competitive pay $22.00 - $24.00/hour PRN positions available Benefits for FT employees include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k Agrowing company with opportunities for advancement Company-sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and other learning opportunities Responsibilities Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences Passing meds per the care plan requirements. Qualifications Must have a current HCA or NAC certification and maintain CEUs as required by the state. Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment. Possesses a can‑do attitude and exemplifies a willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently. Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers. Must have a current certification in Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
