Ads Solution Engineer, gTech Agency and Partner Engineering

Be responsible for proactively identifying and building a series of solutions and best practices for agencies and partners globally.Leverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out to customers globally.Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices, and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive agency/partner and gTech business goals.Develop innovative solutions to the business problems faced by agencies and partners globally.Identify trends and develop new solutions to reach advertisers and drive business goals.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.Preferred qualifications:MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.Experience working with Ad tech products such as Ad server, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics.Experience working in the ad space, first-party data onboarding and activation, measurement and data modeling, video and search advertising.Understanding of engineering solutions built for scale.Effective project management, people management, leadership, problem solving skills, with the ability to formulate data-driven proposal.gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack.
