Staff Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer, gTech

Develop solutions as a leader, providing consulting services to our partners, building lasting relationships, and being aware of the client's needs.Guide partners in their day-to-day challenges by being the subject matter expert, delivering innovative and scalable solutions, and troubleshooting their technical issues.Drive efforts to propose, design, create, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to a wide variety of audiences, from engineers to marketing professionals.Oversee efforts to perform implementation reviews and advocate for product features, and provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams.Serve as a leader in delivering business intelligence and leveraging internal and external data sources to provide data insights to drive decision-making.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.Experience working with distributed systems.Preferred qualifications:Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.9 years of experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.9 years of experience working with customer-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, XML, TypeScript) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).9 years of experience with cloud technologies, such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments.9 years of experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.9 years of experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix).Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life.
