• Advise Chief Operating Officers, Chief Stores Officers, and senior retail executives.
• Design and implement future-ready store operating models.
• Drive labor productivity, workforce effectiveness, and store execution excellence.
• Shape innovative solutions leveraging AI, automation, predictive analytics, and digital transformation.
• Improve sales per labor hour, reduce cost-to-serve, and enhance customer experience.
• Build strategic client relationships that generate long-term business growth.
• Develop new consulting propositions and thought leadership that position the practice at the forefront of retail innovation.
• Play a key leadership role in expanding a high-growth consulting business and influencing its future direction.

■ EXPERIENCE & KEY CAPABILITY | Executive-Level Expertise That Creates Value

We're seeking a proven retail leader with:

• 15+ years of retail leadership experience within major U.S. retail organizations.
• Deep expertise in store operations, field leadership, workforce management, and operational transformation.
• Strong experience within grocery retail, with additional exposure to specialty or department store environments highly valued.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale change, productivity improvement, and business transformation programs.
• Proven ability to improve labor efficiency, simplify operational processes, and optimize frontline execution.
• Expertise in workforce planning, labor modeling, task management, store technologies, and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth and business development.
• Consulting experience or extensive executive-level stakeholder engagement experience.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled retail operations, digital transformation, automation, and emerging retail technologies.
