Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant looking for a more rewarding caregiving experience?
Join our team and provide meaningful one-on-one care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes. Unlike facility-based care, our caregivers have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while delivering personalized care in a supportive environment.
We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and professional caregivers who take pride in helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and positioning
- Monitor client condition and report changes to the care team
- Support fall prevention and safety initiatives
- Document care provided according to agency policies
- Collaborate with families and office staff to ensure exceptional client care
Required:
- Active PCA/HHA/CNA certification
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional and dependable work ethic
Preferred:
- Home care experience
- Experience working with dementia or Alzheimer's clients
- One-on-one client care
- Flexible scheduling
- Assignments close to home whenever possible
