What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities through assessments aligned with occupational therapy standards
• Develop patient-specific treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance
• Implement and update treatment regimes in coordination with physicians and healthcare teams
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans, conditions, and prognosis
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, and students as per policies and standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and progress
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and within established protocols

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Basic understanding of outpatient therapy protocols
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not required
