Chief of Staff LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing company in East Phoenix who is in search of a chief of staff to support their Executive leadership team. This role is contract to hire, fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The salary is between $90,000-$100,000
This role is ideal for someone who can anticipate needs, drive initiatives, manage competing priorities, and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to five members of the executive leadership team.
• Coordinate and manage executive priorities, ensuring critical initiatives remain on track.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, agendas, meeting materials, and correspondence.
• Facilitate communication between executive leadership and internal departments.
• Track action items, project timelines, and organizational initiatives to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct research, gather data, and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Coordinate executive meetings, leadership retreats, and special projects.
• Assist with process improvements and identify opportunities to increase organizational efficiency.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
• Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership in a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar strategic support role.
• Experience supporting multiple C-Suite executives simultaneously is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
