Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Help residents with mobility, personal care, and meals
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support
- Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Compassionate and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with others
- Desire to learn and grow in healthcare
- Previous healthcare experience is helpful but not required
