Marketing Automation Specialist

We're partnering with a growing organization to hire a Marketo Marketing Automation Specialist who will own the execution, optimization, and reporting of email marketing and demand generation programs.This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in Marketo daily, building automated campaigns, managing lead nurture programs, and using data to improve marketing performance. The ideal candidate combines strong technical marketing skills with a passion for optimization, process improvement, and emerging AI technologies.ResponsibilitiesBuild, QA, launch, and optimize email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, forms, and automated workflows in MarketoDevelop and manage audience segmentation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing programsMonitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights on engagement, conversion, and ROIManage contact lists, data imports, and data quality initiativesCreate and maintain reusable templates and marketing automation best practicesExecute A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns, audiences, and messagingPartner with marketing stakeholders to support demand generation and lead development initiativesLeverage AI and automation tools to improve campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiencyDocument processes and workflows to support scalability and consistency
