This position involves working in person two days per week at each of two elementary schools, amounting to approximately 15 hours weekly, including dedicated time for paperwork and documentation. What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP preferred, but strong candidates completing their CFY are encouraged to apply
• Practical experience with pediatric populations, ideally in elementary schools
• Ability to work in person and travel between school sites (mileage between buildings is minimal)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and rapport-building skills

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal setting
• Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain thorough records and complete required paperwork within allotted hours
