Step into a rewarding opportunity as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary-aged learners across two schools. This contract position is ideally suited for professionals passionate about pediatric speech therapy in educational environments. Spend one day per week at each elementary building, developing and delivering impactful services that shape student success.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• PA state SLP license (or eligibility)
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants welcome and supported
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
• Familiarity with IEP Writer or similar documentation tools is preferred
• SLPA experience or supervision skills are a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct in-person therapy to elementary students two days per week across two buildings
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in school platforms such as IEP Writer
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility reviews, and parent conferences as needed
• Supervise and support Clinical Fellows (CF) as assigned
