Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP license for the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience with pediatric populations in educational settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with K–12 students and adapting therapy techniques for diverse needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to provide both in-person and remote services if needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored IEP goals for a varied caseload
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students, monitoring and documenting progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school procedures and state regulations
• Provide support and education to staff and caregivers regarding communication needs
