This position focuses on providing Speech-Language Pathology services to students in grades K–12, with caseloads tailored to your skills and preferences—ranging from moderate to profound needs. Work in a supportive environment where your expertise in pediatrics, early childhood, and elementary education will help students reach their full potential. Both local and travel professionals are encouraged to apply.
Candidates should bring the following qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for varying disabilities and needs
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with students, parents, and school staff
- Adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic school environment
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in groups, supporting both mild and significant communication challenges
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate records, participate in IEP meetings, and monitor student progress
- Tailor services and schedules to best meet each student's unique needs
