SUMMARY
Perform duties required to meet production demand. Includes assembling and packaging of ventilation systems and other J&D products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Install wire cord sets onto motors.
- Assemble components of ventilation systems and other J&D products.
- Verify work orders with blueprints, materials, and production schedule.
- Gather materials for packaging.
- Package and prepare product for shipment.
- Assist shipping and receiving department in the efficient removal of materials from containers.
- Communicate with and assist other workers in work area.
- Follow good housekeeping practices.
- Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Perform necessary quality checks as required.
- Load cardboard materials into crushing machine.
- Follow all safety precautions and use protective equipment as required.
- Identify and immediately correct any safety hazards in work area.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for generating team spirit and creating and maintaining a personal attitude and work environment that fosters the highest level of employee cooperation, morale and satisfaction.
