BT Family Office Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented associate to join our growing team. This multi-faceted role is crucial to the smooth operation of our office and requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and financial management skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities: Process accounts payable, including bill payments and vendor management Prepares and maintains accounting records for clients Assist with budgeting and cash projections Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting reports which accurately reflect the financial position of the client entities Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements. Prepare and post accurate journal entries. Generate monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets. Maintain organized financial records. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support and managing internal and external correspondence Assist with special projects as needed Planning and Organization: Develop and implement efficient organizational systems. Manage schedule and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactively identify and address potential issues. Qualifications: Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct) preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
