Purely Juice and French Bakery LLC is launching a subscription-only artisan bakery in Lake Oconee, GAdelivering fresh, hand-crafted breads and pastries straight to upscale gated communities like Reynolds and Harbor Club. Were not mass-producing; were reviving old-world magic: long-fermented sourdoughs, flaky croissants, dense German ryeslike they baked in 1800s France or Bavaria. And heres the best part: were building the entire bakery around your vision. Custom ovens, proofers, toolswhatever makes your craft sing. This is your dream kitchen, your startup, your legacy.Duties: Lead daily production: mix, ferment, shape, bake artisan French/German breads (baguettes, pain au levain, brioche) and pastries (croissants, pretzels, strudel). Own the process from scratchhydration, scoring, steam ovensto deliver subscription boxes fresh and flawless. Innovate and refine recipes based on your expertise; well adapt the space to fit. Manage inventory, quality control, and early-morning flow (solo start, team later). Pack and maybe even meet subscribersits personal, not corporate.Skills & Experience: 2+ years proven artisan bakingmastery of sourdough, laminated doughs, fermentation. Obsessive about crust, crumb, flavorno shortcuts, real old-school techniques. Creative, organized, steady under pressurehappy hands, early riser. Passionate: this jobs your calling, not just work.Requirements: Total commitment: full-time, no distractionsthis is all-in. Willing to relocate to Lake Oconee (beautiful lake country, gated luxury). Well help with moving if youre not local.
