Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Lead Finisher to manage the paint department of our growing high-end manufacturing cabinet and component company.

Job requirements:

Must have experience with pre and post catalyzed finishes and be able to spray professional grade finishes.
Must have experience with color matching and custom finishes that include, but are not limited to, glazes and distressing.
Must have the ability to maintain a clean and controlled environment.
Must possess the ability to work within a team and be able to train others to help develop the department.
