Here's Where You'll Make a Difference Keep Production Moving: Operate basic machinery and follow established procedures to help keep production running smoothly. Keep Materials Flowing: Load and unload materials into equipment and help maintain an efficient workflow. Keep an Eye on Quality: Perform routine checks and pay attention to the details that help ensure products meet MEC's standards. Speak Up and Solve Problems: Monitor machine operations, report issues to your supervisor, and assist with troubleshooting when needed. Take Care of Your Equipment: Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance as trained and directed. Keep Your Work Area Ready: Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports safety and efficiency. Put Safety First: Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies every shift. Be a Team Player: Work with your coworkers to meet production goals and take on other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring to the Team A high school diploma or equivalent education and experience. A basic understanding of machinery and manufacturing processes is helpful; previous production experience is preferred but not required. The ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Basic math skills and computer skills, including the ability to work with ERP systems.
