Recovery Support Staff

Provide compassionate, client-centered support to adults in recovery within residential and community-based programs. Assist with daily living skills and offer encouragement to clients. Monitor safety and ensure clients adhere to their recovery and treatment plans. Document services, support groups, and activities accurately. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to promote a trauma-informed and culturally responsive environment.
