What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality patient care within the telemetry unit, utilizing the nursing process effectively.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and intervene as needed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess patient needs and provide education tailored to diverse patient populations.
- Document patient progress accurately and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain professional responsibility and support a positive team environment.
What You Need:
- Current Louisiana RN license and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in telemetry or critical care.
- Strong clinical skills, good judgment, and effective communication.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple patient needs efficiently.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and related software.
