- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care, treatments, and health maintenance
- Delegate, direct, and supervise licensed and ancillary team members
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or ICU
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software
