Experienced manufacturing recruiters will find a full-time opportunity as a Recruiting Consultant, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for direct hire positions in engineering and skilled trades while partnering with leading manufacturers across the U.S. Key responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for manufacturing and engineering roles Partner with hiring managers to develop customized recruiting strategies and maintain talent pipelines Source, interview, and qualify candidates while maintaining strong relationships throughout the hiring process Required qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing passive candidates Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven approach
