- Conduct assessments for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and formulate personalized care plans

- Implement physical therapy treatments focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and function

- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic aims, discharge planning, and recommended home exercises

- Keep thorough records of evaluations, treatments, and patients' progress in accordance with established guidelines

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

- Preferred CPR certification
