Role Overview

• Global leadership role with responsibility across regions.
• Role will take over responsibilities currently associated with the North America Controller , including NA regional controllership and consolidation responsibilities.
• APAC Controllers report into Tal.
• Position will be part of the management team and work closely with Tal and Brian (CEO) .
• Strong leadership component with approximately 9 direct reports .
• Need someone capable of being a strong Controller over the business while also serving as a subject-matter expert across technical accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities / Priorities

• Own and strengthen the close and consolidation process .
• Strong command of the balance sheet and cash flow .
• Support audit requirements and technical accounting matters.
• Serve as an SME for areas including technical accounting, tax, and valuation .
• Improve processes and controls across the finance organization.
• Continue building out financial infrastructure in preparation for a potential exit.
• Lead/participate in ERP improvement and stabilization efforts.
• Drive increased automation within finance.
• Support ongoing cost accounting initiatives . Cost accounting work has progressed from a global/project-level view and is now moving toward the customer level.
• Work effectively across a global finance organization .

ERP / Systems

• Currently on Infor SyteLine .
• Approximately 2 years post-go-live .
• They experienced ERP issues last month, although significant issues are reportedly not typical.
• ERP experience is important. Candidate should be capable of helping troubleshoot, improve, and optimize the system/processes rather than simply operating within an established environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• CPA required.
• Big Four experience required.
• Approximately 10-12+ years of experience .
• Strong Controller background.
• Demonstrated ownership of close and consolidation.
• Strong audit experience.
• Deep understanding of balance sheet and cash flow.
• Global experience required , including working with global teams.
• Relevant industry experience required/preferred.
• PE-backed company experience could be valuable given the anticipated exit.
• Experience with ERP implementation, stabilization, or optimization strongly preferred.
• Experience leading finance transformation, automation, and process improvement.
• Strong people leader capable of managing approximately 9 direct reports.
• Candidate should be prepared to help lead the organization through significant change and an eventual exit process.
