Position Overview Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort is seeking a part-time Lead Generator to spark customer interest and set in-home consultation appointments. This position supports our schedule by serving as a polished, respectful first point of contact for homeowners exploring comfort solutions. Key responsibilities include engaging shoppers in a retail setting, offering clear high-level information about our services, collecting customer details accurately, and scheduling consultation appointments while representing our brand with a customer-first, safety-minded approach. Required Qualifications / skills Strong verbal communication and professional customer service (basic sales/lead generation experience preferred) Comfortable starting conversations and addressing light questions or hesitations courteously Reliable, detail-focused, and able to complete app-based entry on a phone A Typical Shift You’ll arrive at your assigned retail location with your own transportation, get settled at your station, and be ready as foot traffic builds. The day moves in a steady rhythm: brief, friendly conversations, listening closely, and keeping your approach calm and consistent. Between interactions, you’ll stay organized, keep your area presentable, and use your phone to enter information into the app when someone asks to be contacted.
