Ceramic Coating Technician
We're looking for an experienced Ceramic Coating Technician to join our team. If you take pride in flawless paint correction, have a strong work ethic, and want a role where your skill directly translates into your paycheck, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Perform multi-stage paint correction to remove swirls, scratches, and imperfections.
- Apply professional-grade ceramic coatings with precision and consistency.
- Inspect vehicles pre- and post-service to ensure top-tier results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in paint correction and ceramic coating.
- A strong, positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
- Someone with goals — looking to grow, build a career, and take on more responsibility over time.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Must pass a background check.
Compensation:
- Hourly base pay plus commission — the harder and better you work, the more you earn.
- Paid bi-weekly.
- $18-$25/hr base.
