Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Rep

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior sales representative to drive robotic surgery technology adoption and customer education in the Colorado Springs region. The role involves launching new orthopedic technologies, training surgical teams, and ensuring sustainable implementation at key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for new robotic and technology products
- Lead surgeon and staff training on ROSA system and related technologies
- Partner with technology and service teams to onboard new accounts and installations
- Provide clinical support and in-service education to facility personnel
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical field preferred
- Minimum 4 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven presentation and product demonstration skills
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales results
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base salary plus $75,000 incentive
