What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will gain direct, high-profile visibility with senior FP&A, Operations, and CX leadership within a massive, high-growth technology segment. You will have the unique opportunity to build and refine complex financial models and predictive analytics from the ground up, all while utilizing cutting-edge generative AI tools to accelerate data analysis and drive real-world SaaS customer retention strategy. Key Exciting Responsibilities: * Partner collaboratively with Global Support, Renewals, and Customer Success leaders to deliver data-driven insights that optimize operational efficiency. * Spearhead monthly and quarterly financial forecasting alongside annual budgeting cycles for our global customer organizations. * Build and refine advanced Business Intelligence models to monitor critical operational metrics, including Cost to Serve and Deflection Rates. * Evaluate the financial impact of self-service automation and deflection strategies on Customer Lifetime Value and overall platform stickiness. Essential Skills & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related numerical field with approximately 3 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience. * Strong foundational modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with a relentless attention to detail in cleaning data and investigating variances. * Hands-on, practical experience leveraging modern generative AI tools to accelerate data analysis and automate routine workflows. * Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and work productively across various teams. Bonus Points For: * Experience working within a fast-growing, dynamic SaaS or enterprise technology environment. * Familiarity with Customer Experience metrics and advanced Business Intelligence tools.
