This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction.Essential Job Functions:Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner as soon as they are seated at cabanas or pool lounge chairs.Explain any specials and/or Spa promotions for guest services.Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfactionAnswer any guest questions about menu items and coordinate food delivery with pool runner.Present the check to guest promptly and ensureAssist Pool Attendants by straightening lounge chairs and picking up cups and towels.Ensure pool area, cabana's and lounge chairs are clean organized and service ready.Replenish pool towels and ensure they are ready available at all timesRequired Skills and Abilities:Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
