Digital Merchandising and Creative Specialist

Overview
Our client, a luxury women’s fashion and lifestyle company, is seeking a Digital Merchandising and Creative Specialist to shape its online presentation across e-commerce, email, and brand content. This full-time, on-site role in Palm Beach, Florida, combines hands-on design with Shopify merchandising and close collaboration with the founders and e-commerce team. The base salary range is $80,000 to $100,000.
Responsibilities
- Design and build email campaigns in Klaviyo.
- Merchandise the Shopify site, including product listings, collections, imagery, copy, landing pages, and homepage updates.
- Create digital assets for editorial content, social channels, and marketplaces.
- Photograph products or direct photography, and contribute to video content as needed.
- Design flyers, invitations, and printed materials for store events and trunk shows.
- Make minor site updates, coordinate larger changes with outside developers, and maintain organized image, template, and asset libraries.
Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills and a refined eye for luxury fashion or lifestyle imagery.
- Hands-on Shopify experience, including product and collection merchandising.
- Experience designing and building marketing emails; Klaviyo experience preferred.
- Ability to incorporate creative direction and manage details across digital and print projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Palm Beach every day; candidates willing to relocate are welcome.
- Photography, video, Amazon Seller Central, HTML, CSS, Shopify Liquid, Shopify Plus, or product information system experience is a plus.
