This position plays an essential role in ensuring our clients receive reliable, uninterrupted care. About the Role As an Assistant Care Coordinator, you’ll work daily with the office team to help manage schedules, coordinate care, and support caregivers. You will also serve as an after-hours contact to handle urgent needs, schedule changes, and client concerns during evenings and weekends as part of your on-call responsibilities.
