Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at Beacon of Hope Behavioral Health, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized screening tools and interviews.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused interventions, establishing measurable and achievable goals.

• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while tailoring your approach to align with each client's unique experiences and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, showcasing your commitment to patient confidentiality and thorough record-keeping.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and comprehensive client care.

• Participating in case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings to share insights and strategies that enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Providing educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge needed to navigate mental health issues and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of diverse clients seeking assistance with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will work with adults, providing essential therapeutic support to individuals navigating recovery challenges and emotional distress. Your role is critical in helping clients develop coping strategies, improve their emotional well-being, and achieve sustainable recovery outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your academic foundation and expertise.

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington state, highlighting your professional credentials.
