Job Description HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked Law Firm with offices across the East Coast to add Construction Attorney's to their growing teams in NYC/Long Island. They have been in business for over 75+ years and have over 250+ Attorneys across their office locations nationwide. You can sit out of their NYC or LI office locations when onsite. We Offer:

We have cultivated long-lasting relationships and utilize them to connect our candidates and clients in several industries and job functions:
- Pay: $180-250K+ Base Salary plus Bonus! (all in estimate $200k - $270k)
- Unique Bonus Structure: Up to $30K
- Hybrid Flexibility

- Draft and review complex construction contracts and agreements
- Prepare pleadings, draft motions, and manage discovery demands
- Make regular court appearances on construction litigation matters
- Handle case strategy and resolution for construction law disputes
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active New York State Bar admission
- ? Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant construction law experience
