Job Title: Manager, Marketing Analytics Job Location: 300 Continental Drive, Newark, DE 19713 Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday Duties: Responsible for driving actionable insights from marketing data and working cross-functionally to enhance ROI across all marketing channels. Lead the development and implementation of measurement frameworks and KPIs for marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and emerging channels. Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate insights and recommendations. Partner with marketing, product, sales, and finance teams to align analytics with business goals. Own marketing data infrastructure, including attribution models, dashboards, and reporting tools. Use statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization to influence strategic decisions. Evaluate marketing technology and tools for data collection, automation, and reporting improvements. Hybrid work permitted 2 days per week within a reasonable commuting distance of Newark, Delaware. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or related role where required experience was gained. Also requires experience in the following: One year of experience in marketing Analytics; One year of experience in a managerial or lead role; Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel; SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI and Looker; Marketing platforms such as CRM, email, social media, and web and marketing automation tools such as Snowflake, SAS, Adobe Analytics; and Statistical techniques such as time-series forecasting and marketing attribution models. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field of study and one (1) year of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or related role where required experience was gained. Also requires experience in the above stated skills.
