The Role We’re looking for an Operations Manager to own and scale Veracity’s end-to-end operations as we continue to scale and grow into a true omni-channel business across DTC, Amazon, and upcoming retail. This role is highly cross-functional and deeply hands‑on, with ownership across fulfillment, manufacturing, demand planning, logistics, customer experience operations, and margin management. You’ll be the internal advocate for Veracity across all operational partners—pushing for efficiency, cost savings, reliability, and continuous improvement—while building systems and processes that can support our next phase of growth. What You’ll Do End-to-End Operations & Fulfillment Across All Channels Lead 3PL management, including partner performance, SLAs, accuracy, speed, cost, and scalability across all sales channels Manage shipping performance, using data to optimize costs and delivery times Ensure inventory accuracy across warehouses and channels and manage inventory metrics and balancing across warehouses and sales channels Partner with Marketing & Growth teams on go‑to‑market timelines for new launches Contract Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, packaging vendors and all other suppliers Own production planning, POs, and lead‑time management across all SKUs Partner closely with suppliers to achieve optimal cost for existing SKUs and future product innovations, including leading RFQs and volume negotiations as business scales Demand Planning & Inventory Management Level up demand planning for an omni‑channel business Build data‑driven forecasting inputs tied to sales actuals and growth plans Own inventory planning for all products, packaging, etc. Prepare the business operationally for retail within the next 6–12 months Improve and maintain systems across PO, inventory and COGS tracking Customer Experience Operations Partner closely with CX to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience Monitor operational drivers of CX performance including OOS issues, shipping delays, returns, and fulfillment errors Review customer tickets and feedback to identify root causes and areas for operational improvements Margin Ownership & Financial Discipline Partner with the head of finance to identify system needs to support procurement, inventory management, shipments and corresponding financial documents. Operate with ownership mindset over COGS, unit economics, and margin impact Review P&L actuals regularly and partner cross‑functionally to identify cost‑saving opportunities Support accurate month‑end close and operational reporting and review P&L regularly identify cost‑saving opportunities Implement scalable processes to support rapid growth and increasing complexity What We’re Looking For 5-7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within CPG, wellness, supplements, or e-commerce Proven experience managing 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners with track record of negotiating and improving costs Strong understanding of demand planning and inventory management across channels Experience supporting or scaling into Amazon and wholesale/retail channels Highly organized, data‑driven, and systems‑oriented Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity Experience with Shopify, inventory management systems, WMS, EDI, and related tools What We Offer Opportunity to play a critical role in scaling a fast‑growing, doctor‑backed DTC brand High ownership and autonomy with direct impact on the business A collaborative, ambitious team building the future of metabolic health Complimentary and discounted Veracity products Salary range: $110-$125K Equal Opportunity Employer Veracity is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
