Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience, with a focus on providing compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment. Team collaboration and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient outcomes.
• Perform wound and dressing care, particularly for post-op burn and flap patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in wound care and ostomy care is a plus.
• Burn care experience is highly desirable.
