RN Med Surg | Trumansburg, New York

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RN license and current BLS certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in Medical-Surgical, Long Term Care, and/or Psychiatric nursing
• Strong assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work environments
• Prior experience in multiple nursing specialties is a significant advantage

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment
• Assist with medication administration and physician-directed treatments
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to create and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure adherence to established clinical protocols and safety regulations
