Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Temporary Call Center Universal Agent for a fully remote role based in Canada. The position requires weekend and holiday availability and reports to the Call Center Supervisor.

Pay is $17.50/hr with equipment provided and potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance. Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, leveraging strong customer service and sales skills to upsell and resolve issues while maintaining accurate
