Psychiatric Nurse PractitionerSeeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a private behavioral medicine practice in Daphne, Alabama, or Navarre, Florida. This is an opportunity to work in a progressive outpatient setting focused on high-quality mental health care and innovative treatment options.Position OverviewThe practice provides comprehensive behavioral health services with a strong emphasis on accurate diagnostics, individualized treatment planning, and patient-centered care. The clinical team also offers advanced therapies, including NeuroStar TMS Therapy, an FDA-cleared, non-drug treatment for depression delivered in-office without anesthesia or sedation.ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.Manage psychotropic medications and medication follow-up.Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care.Educate patients on treatment plans and therapeutic options.Support a collaborative, efficient, and compassionate patient experience.QualificationsCurrent NP license in good standing.PMHNP certification preferred.Strong skills in psychiatric assessment and medication management.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Outpatient behavioral health or psychiatry experience preferred.Practice HighlightsPrivate behavioral medicine setting.Location flexibility in Daphne, AL or Navarre, FL.Access to advanced therapies and diagnostic services.Opportunity to contribute to a growing, patient-focused practice.
