Field Manager - Pest Control

Overview The Field Manager oversees and manages the pest control Service Technicians, providing them with training and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services on every job. This position is on-site and reports to our Norcross, GA branch. Responsibilities Hire and train Service Technicians in compliance with local laws and regulations, ensuring they are well-prepared and licensed for the role. Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings and trainings to review services, processes, and protocols. Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings. Monitor technician schedules, manage service routes (including high-priority or emergency routes), run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, and cleanliness standards are met. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, preferred. 1+ year of pest control experience, preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards. Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided). Pay and Benefits Weekly Pay – get paid every Friday! This position offers an annual salary range of $55,000 withadditionalcompensation opportunities.
