The Nature Conversancy
The Nature Conservancy in Arlington, VA seeks an Associate Director of Development to expand the major-gifts pipeline in Northern Virginia. You will manage a donor portfolio, qualify prospects, and coordinate strategies with the DC-MD team. You will regularly travel across Northern Virginia and DC, engaging trustees, volunteers and staff to reach a $1M+ annual goal, with a focus on gifts of $50,000 or more and complex negotiations.
