The Opportunity We are seeking a high-performing Producer & Closer who thrives in a structured, high-activity environment and knows how to convert conversations into clients. This role combines daily outbound engagement with high-level investment conversations. You will spend a significant portion of your day on the phone—connecting with leads, navigating to decision-makers, and consistently moving prospects through the pipeline to close. This is not a passive relationship role. This is a performance-driven position for someone who is comfortable doing the work required to win. Key Responsibilities Execute consistent outbound calls and follow-ups to engage prospective clients Navigate organizations and relationships to reach decision-makers Build, manage, and advance a pipeline of qualified prospects Lead investment conversations and guide prospects through the decision process Convert opportunities into new clients and drive AUM growth Maintain ongoing engagement with prospects throughout the sales cycle Track activity, pipeline, and results within CRM and reporting systems Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience Maintain full compliance with regulatory and fiduciary standards Qualifications Active securities license required (Series 65, 7/66, or equivalent) 5+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial sales Proven ability to generate new business and close clients Comfortable with high daily call volume and structured outreach Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven What We’re Looking For A producer who is willing to do the daily activity required to win A strong communicator who can confidently guide financial conversations Someone who thrives in a structured sales process and clear expectations Persistent, resilient, and comfortable working through objections Competitive and accountable to measurable results Compensation & Upside Base salary 60K-75K + aggressive performance-based incentives tied to AUM growth Significant earning potential for high performers Clear expectations and measurable targets tied to activity and results Opportunity for long‑term growth and leadership based on performance Why Ridgewood We believe structure creates freedom.
