Quick Facts: Location: Richmond, VA – 1510 North 28th Street, VA 23223 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: May 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026 Shift: Office hours 8 AM – 4 PM; Call hours 24/7 (including weekdays) Hours/week: Full-time (based on shift schedule) Employment Type: Locum to Perm License/Certifications: Active VA medical license; Board Certified/Eligible in OB-GYN Experience: Minimum 2 years OB/GYN practice experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50/hour Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive OB-GYN care to patients, including routine check-ups, prenatal care, and gynecological services Perform low- and high-risk obstetric procedures, including fetal monitoring and ultrasounds Manage labor and delivery, including vaginal births, C-sections, and VBACs Conduct gynecological exams, procedures like IUD insertions, colposcopies, and minor surgeries Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, midwives, and support staff Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR system (Epic) What You Need: Active Virginia medical license Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN Minimum 2 years’ inpatient/outpatient OB-GYN experience Proficient in obstetrics procedures, ultrasound interpretation, and labor management Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Richmond, VA, providing Obstetrics and Gynecology services with a focus on low-risk pregnancies and gynecology procedures.
