Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Cleveland, Ohio.  This is a direct-hire position on 1st shift.

Experience Needed:

• At least 3 years of recent industrial maintenance experience
• Technical Degree or Certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred
• Must feel comfortable working at heights on a boom lift
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Mechanical skill-sets including troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Electrical skill-sets including wiring, motors, and drives
• PLC troubleshooting is preferred
• Experience with basic fabricating and Mig & Tig welding
